It is very important that someone is at the address you have specified to sign for the delivery. We are unable to the leave the cake at the address without obtaining a signature, as perishable goods will not be redelivered you will still be charged.

Our cakes are delivered frozen packed in a heavy duty polystyrene container with individually wrapped dry ice.
