1. It is important that someone is at the address you have specified to sign for the delivery. You must inform the recipient to expect a delivery on the specified delivery day. We cannot leave your order without a signature and as perishable goods, will not be redelivered and you will still be charged.
2. If there is a concierge/reception for your order address it is your responsibility to inform them to expect the delivery and ensure the order recipient is informed immediately of its arrival. These are perishable goods and cannot be left unrefrigerated.
3. If there are any complicated instructions, for example an intercom or access to gated area for your delivery, please let us know by phone: +44 (0)20 8964 9556 and confirm your request to us in writing by email: info@englishcheesecake.com.
4. Our cakes are delivered frozen packed in a heavy duty polystyrene container with individually wrapped dry ice. Our cakes require defrosting and the majority take from 8 hours to defrost in the fridge.
5. Terms and Conditions
Free Standard Delivery: Tuesday to Saturday as far as you like in advance.
Next Day: If you would like your cake delivered the next day, there is a charge of £1.99. Orders for next day deliveries must be placed before 2pm.
Please note: We use an outside courier company to deliver your goods.
