English Cheesecake' Cheesecakes, Cakes, Tarts and Pies can be stored frozen at minus eighteen degrees centigrade (-18°C) for up to 6 months.
Handling:
Our Cheesecakes must be thawed in a refrigerator for a minimum of 8 hours prior to serving. Our Tarts, Cakes and Pies must be thawed in a refrigerator for 2-4 hours. However, you can remove individual slices and defrost them.
Refrigerated:
Once thawed, our cheesecakes can be stored covered up for between 2 and 4 days in the refrigerator at < 5°C .Our Cakes, Tarts and Pies can be stored covered up to 4 days in the refrigerator at < 5°C.
