From Aga Living Magazine October/November 2009 A cake made of cheese Synonymous with the American enclaves of New York, Philedelphia and Chicago cheesecake is enjoying a second coming on this side of the pond and the English Cheesecake Company is doing their bit with some terribly naughty sounding flavor combinations. The Sticky Toffee Apple is a vanilla cheesecake on a crunchy digestive base topped with gooey cinnamon apple and a layer of sticky toffee sauce while the Pumpkin Cranberry Cheesecake Pie has pumpkin puree with a hint of cinnamon topped with almond flakes and classic vanilla cheesecake with whole cranberries all sitting in a crunchy cookie shell.
