Say Cheese!

From Brides Magazine Cheesecakes are making a comeback and we’re not talking stacks of Stilton and cheddar. We’re talking creamy, soft biscuit sweet and luxurious cheesecakes – a fresh new twist on traditional wedding cakes but still as gorgeous and photo friendly. In the spirit of accurate journalism we undertook a taste test to warrant such a glowing review (because, quite frankly we like a cake and we like you) and we’re pleased to announce that the echoing office opinion was: Mmmmmmm! Not only did our Champagne White Chocolate Truffle sample arrive securely packaged and pristine but it looked seriously good and tasted incredible. The flavours were really fresh and ‘homemade’ with a decadent texture, infused with Marc Du Champagne the rich creamy mixture is set on a base of crunchy digestive biscuit and the whole thing is topped with loads of white chocolate shavings. Yum! For weddings they do a four-tier cake on a stylish chrome stand but they’re also great for engagement parties and ‘day after’ brunches since they all arrive frozen. They also make profiteroles, dessert sauces, individual puddings, tiramisus and trifles. It’s free delivery to anywhere in the UK homeland too.
