From Brides Magazine Cheesecakes are making a comeback and we’re not talking stacks of Stilton and cheddar. We’re talking creamy, soft biscuit sweet and luxurious cheesecakes – a fresh new twist on traditional wedding cakes but still as gorgeous and photo friendly. In the spirit of accurate journalism we undertook a taste test to warrant such a glowing review (because, quite frankly we like a cake and we like you) and we’re pleased to announce that the echoing office opinion was: Mmmmmmm! Not only did our Champagne White Chocolate Truffle sample arrive securely packaged and pristine but it looked seriously good and tasted incredible. The flavours were really fresh and ‘homemade’ with a decadent texture, infused with Marc Du Champagne the rich creamy mixture is set on a base of crunchy digestive biscuit and the whole thing is topped with loads of white chocolate shavings. Yum! For weddings they do a four-tier cake on a stylish chrome stand but they’re also great for engagement parties and ‘day after’ brunches since they all arrive frozen.
